Before looking at the remedies, let's see what Astrology has to say about addictions, bad habits and cravings.
According to Astrology, the 6th House is the house of Diseases.
And another house you have to look for is where MOON is sitting or where its sign CANCER is placed.
MERCURY represents thinking process and self-talk and MOON represents mind games.
Both are important for addictions.
If they are afflicted or debilitated in your horoscope, you are more likely to get addicted.
If they are afflicted because of the 6th house, and 12th house, then it give serious addictions that take you to Rehab.
Also if the VATA DOSHA, (means air humour in your body) is imbalance, then also it makes you addicted.
There are many such combination in your horoscope and also there are temporary addictions because of the transits of planets.
Astrologically, Jupiter and Saturn help to get control on these addictions, bad habits and cravings. Because Jupiter gives wisdom and Saturn gives discipline.
