For foreign job and career purpose we have to study the 10th house in your birth chart and the entire D10 (Dashamansha) divisional chart. Any connection with Ascendant Lord with 10th house or 10th lord will give you a chance to go abroad for job or work purpose.

If you are independent professional (architect, photographer, fashion designer, etc) then, your 3rd house/lord will also be considered along with Ascendant lord and 10th house.

Strong 4th house and/or strong moon will not let you go outside your country because 4th house represents your mother and motherland. 

And Moon is the natural ruler of the house. So if he is strong and aspecting his own house, your VISA will get denied. 

How to Get VISA Approved?

As I said above about the Moon, look at your birth chart, see which Mahadasha period is running in your life right now, then look at the Nakshatra and Nakshatra lord of Moon and the 4th house Lord. And then apply for VISA in the particular period of yogakarak planet,  then only you will get your VISA approved.

I have given such periods to my clients many times over the years, and they ALL got their VISA approved as per given dates. It's amazing how Vedic Astrology works.
