Mr Agarwal, a determined and optimistic man, had decided to sell his beloved family home due to personal circumstances.

Rahu and Jupiter was forming a Chandal Yog in his 4th house. The 4th house ruler Venus was retrograde. And 11th house had Saturn delaying his income. That's why his house was not selling.
